EUCLEF makes legislative obligations related to chemicals easier to find. Any company that manufactures, imports, uses, distributes, recycles or sells chemicals in the EU, has to comply with relevant EU law – which may comprise, in addition to REACH and CLP, several pieces of other legislations. EUCLEF will help companies – especially SMEs – identify which ones apply to their substances by collecting information from different pieces of legislation and regulatory processes in one place. Through EUCLEF, companies have – free of charge – access to a a wide range of legislative information on areas such as: waste; toy safety, air and water quality; occupational health and safety; cosmetic products; pesticides; food safety and food contact materials; and many more. The survey aims at understanding how the EUCLEF service and data is currently used, in order to continue developing the service over the next few years, adding further pieces of EU legislation and enriching the kind of information that can be accessed through ECHA’s web pages. Your feedback is valuable both in terms of assessing key elements of the service and capturing any additional information or improvements that could be of interest to you. The survey is available via this link.
The survey will be open until 27/06/2021
