Le secteur de la construction est un secteur important en Belgique, qui utilise de nombreuses matières plastiques (belges).
Quelles sont les possibilités pour collecter et recycler davantage de plastiques provenant de matériaux de construction, de résidus de coupe et de matériaux d’emballage en fin de vie ? Comment mettre en place des systèmes de retour des matériaux de construction et comment stimuler l’utilisation de matériaux recyclés dans le secteur de la construction ? Nous y travaillons. - How to organize in practice the collection of used plastics in the building and construction sector? Through regional hubs? By whom? Is there an added value in a digital notification platform?
- For which materials could a return system be set up? As an EPR scheme or not? Do separate material streams require separate return systems or could several materials be grouped in a collective take-back system? If so, which one?
- Are you in favor of a voluntary retour scheme? In a first phase or permanent? What are the pro’s and con’s compared to a compulsory system?
- By whom and with whom could such collection systems be set up? Who needs to be involved?
